Drunk Irish ghost caught on dashcam video

A website in Armagh was sent a video anonymously claiming that they captured an Irish ghost crossing the street from the footsteps of the Church of Ireland Cathedral.  This video was captured in Vicar’s Hill..

As you watch the video, the ghostly entity seems to be wearing Georgian-era clothing.  Starts at the Cathedral steps, crosses the street and seemingly vanishes into the brick/iron gates across the street.

Now the sceptic in me would like to point out that it could possibly be some guy in a costume (possibly a war re-enactor) who just crossed the street into an opening of a brick/iron gate that gives the optic of vanishing into a wall due to the angle of the footage.  However, it’s a lot funner to think that it may actually be the ghost of a drunk Irish soldier who vanishes into a wall.

What do you think it may be?  If you think of any other possible explanation,  let us know in the comments section.
