The CEFAA and all of their resources and experts extensively studied these videos, frame by frame. Even expert photo analysis experts from France and scientists in the field were forced to release the following statement on January 6, 2017:
“The Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena, comprised of leading scientists, analysts, and aviation technicians, after an extensive study of the case, determined that it was a UAP, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon” – CEFAA PR statement release.
Now let’s face it, what they call a “UAP” is almost certainly REALLY a UFO of some sort. I’m not sure if I believe that organizations that operate on a government level will go out to admit that they can’t come to a certain conclusion regarding this video.
In other words, if they debunked the video with an explanation for that phenomenon, they would just say it. In this case, since we are dealing with government officials, experts and scientists who stand to lose credibility among their piers, we expect nothing more than a UAP conclusion.
